One complimentary revisit is available during the warranty period; any additional visits may incur a charge.

Payment must be made immediately after service, either in cash or through an online mode.

If service is not availed after an inspection, visit charges will still apply.

Any physical damage will not be covered under warranty/AMC..

A late-night service fee of ₹200 is applicable for visits between 8:30 PM and 10:30 PM.

If a recurring issue arises after service, refunds will not be issued.

The customer is responsible for transportation costs if the machine needs to be taken to a service center for repairs.

In case of relocation, the warranty and AMC will become void.

We are not liable for damages caused by incidents such as burning or explosions.

Items like bulbs, glass components, plastic parts, and normal wear-and-tear spares are excluded from AMC coverage.
